Wellness exams

Wellness exams are our chance to look your pet over from nose to tail and catch problems while they are still small. During these visits, we check weight, teeth, joints, heart, lungs, skin, and coat, and we talk with you about appetite, behavior, and any changes you have noticed at home.

For puppies and kittens, wellness exams help set them up for a healthy life with the right vaccines, parasite control, and nutrition. For adult and senior dogs and cats, regular exams let us spot issues like arthritis, dental disease, thyroid problems, or early kidney trouble before they start to affect quality of life. When needed, we may recommend bloodwork, vaccines, or other testing so you leave with a clear picture of your pet's health.

We know vet visits can be stressful, so we move at your pet's pace, use lots of gentle handling, and explain what we are doing in plain language. Our goal is for you to walk out feeling informed, reassured, and confident about the next steps in your pet's care.
